Join us for this fun art class, Step By Step Painting, now sponsored by UnitedHealthcare. Participants will be led by an art instructor that will take them step by step through the creation of their painting. All participants will be painting the same subject.
This is a free event and all supplies for Step by Step Painting will be provided by UnitedHealthcare and San Marcos Parks and Recreation. Step by Step Painting will take place at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 17, 2023 at the Dunbar Recreation Center located at 801 West MLK in San Marcos. To accommodate more people in a limited space, two participants will be seated at each six foot table, instead of one. This will NOT be a socially distanced event and masks are optional at all City facilities.
Registration is required and is limited to 40. You can register for Step By Step Painting by clicking on the Enroll button in the upper right corner. By registering for Step By Step Painting, you agree to the City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department Release and Waiver of Liability.
This program is very popular and it fills up fast and ends up with people on a waitlist. If you register for this program and are unable to come, please cancel your reservation so others can participate in this great activity.
