This activity is closed to further registration.
This is a graceful exercise using slow circular movements and deep breathing. Tai Chi is great in helping the body improve strength and balance while relieving stress. The session will work on refining tai chi forms from previous seasons such as 24 form, 37 form, 32 sword, and tai chi kung fu fan.
Participants are encouraged to bring water and a hat to shield from the sun. Wear something loose to allow for easy movement.
Masks are highly recommended for the duration of the class.
