The first half is dedicated to preparing for the F=ma exam in February while the second half is dedicated to the Physics Bowl in April. Throughout the year, we’ll cover the following topics in General Physics: Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, Thermodynamics, Waves, Special Relativity, and Modern Physics. A solid foundation of Calculus is strongly recommended. Sessions are led by experienced student leaders with Olympiad experience or medals. Each session will start with a lecture, followed by time for solving challenging problem sets and support for homework assignment. Anyone with an interest in physics or physics competitions is welcome to join.
