We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Friday, June 2, 2023.
Join us for a morning walk to get your day going! We will take attendance and stretch. The class will start with a 5-minute warm up, go into 30 minutes of medium paced walking, and conclude with a 5-minute cool down. The workout is great for any active senior.
