This is a cardio drumming class for beginners modified for older adults. Participants are drumming on a yoga ball while standing to music.

Cancellation request must be made in writing 14 calendars days prior to the start of the activity. $10 processing fee applies to each activity cancellation requested by the participant. No Refunds will be made for requests received LESS THAN 14 calendar days prior to the start of the activity.
