The oldest and most historic triathlon series in the United States returns in 2022 for it's 37th running. The LA Tri-Series features courses for all levels of training and competition. Whether you are new triathlon getting started at our Super Sprint; a seasoned triathlon ready to shake off Winter's cold and get back on the course, or looking for a relay with friends - this series is for you.
All LA Tri-Series events feature a flat, safe, and easy open water swim in Puddingstone Reservoir; laps around Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park with all right hand turns, limited traffic and safe roads; a run through the parks trail system to the finish in Picnic Valley.

Event details and schedule
Check in will begin at 6 am at Bonelli Park. There is plenty of parking inside the park (parking fees apply) or at the Park & Ride on Via Verde next to the 57 freeway. Arrive early to rack your bike and check out the transition and swim courses.
Remember your bike helmet and bike bottles for water
All Waivers must be signed prior to entry of the transition area.
