This program focus on building skill, endurance training and mental conditioning for competetion.
All swimmers must be registered by the last day of each month. Registrions from the 1st to the 9th of each month will have a $10.00 late fee per swimmer. There will be closed and no registrions accepted after the 9th of each month.
Manditory- All swimmers must register with USA swimming Prior to their first training session and swim meet. You can register on line here.
