Here at the Y, Teens and Adults can take a plunge into better Health!
With the assistance of buoyant equipment, this non-impact class is done completely suspended. Exercises focus on core and increasing cardio, toning and flexibility. Of note, resistance equipment may be used to increase strength and participants must be comfortable in deep water (6 ft.)
