This activity is closed to further registration.
Offers short and long term instruction in Israeli Krav Maga, Okinawan Karate, and Chinese Internal Boxing methods – all with the goal of increasing student capacity for personal protection. Practices are highly interactive, and curriculum builds cumulatively. Students are strongly encouraged to take responsibility for their own skill development. New students are welcome!
