This activity is closed to further registration.
Students are taught the fundamentals of Martial Arrts and self defense. This includes drills, Katas, sparring, fighting mutiple opponents, and tournament fighting. We will also be focusing on physical fitness, strength, and endurance training. All students will be taught the meaning of honor, self-discipline, self-respect, and respect towards others. A black uniform is required for the class, so please see the instructor. Arrival time 5:45-6:15p.m., and class will begin at 6:20p.m. The 30 minutes will be used for those who arrive early to warm up, stretch, and exercise before class begins.
