The purpose of adult swim lessons is to gain basic aquatics skills and swimming stokes, teach necessary skills to be safe in and around the water. During the eight lessons, students will learn the following:Increase comfort level in the water.Experience breath control.Floating front and back.Begin swim stroke.Classes will be held at the Rocky Mount Senior Center, located at 427 South Church Street in Rocky Mount.
