Description
This class is designed for the beginner through advanced students, older teens and adults. The course material is based on American karate/TKD, focusing on traditional teaching for self defense rather then the modern sport form.
Additional Sparring class is held at least twice a month on Saturdays. There will be additional sessions at the instructor's discretion. See instructor for details.
