This activity is closed to further registration.

B.E.S.T stands for balance, endurance, stability and toning. We usually do a circuit format using lots of tools to challenge your muscles, balance and brain. It is vigorous, but you can always go your own pace.

Refunds will not be granted unless class is cancelled. Credits will be issued for the amount of the course if the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is notified before the second class meeting. Online registration transaction fees are non-refundable.
