Zumba® is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that blends Latin and international music with dance movements for a dynamic, exciting, and exhilarating workout. Known as a Zumba® Fitness Party, it combines fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body, balancing cardio and muscle-toning benefits through an aerobic approach.
