A class designed to provide a safe, inclusive and nurturing space where participants can explore the benefits of yoga in a way that is uniquely tailored, emphasizing gentle movements and stretches, creating an environment where strength, flexibility and balance can be learned without undue strain.

A loved one or caregiver may join by registering to participate in the class.
