Description
In this Beginning Karate class you will learn the Martial Arts techniques Kata, Sparring and Self-Defense. Come ready to sweat and learn to be prepared. You will join a community of healthful individuals becoming stronger. This is an interactive class where participants will support each other.
Friendly Reminders:No jewelry. Short nails are recommended. Long hair tied back. Class Requirements: Participants will bring a yoga mat, water, hand towel for sweat + a positive outlook.
Participant(s) Attire: Sweatpants, Gie, or Shorts knee length or past the knee.
