About this event
Description
This yoga is very adaptable for all participants and levels of flexibility. We focus on breathing and stretching and it is very active. Participants will gain lung capacity, flexibility, and learn to address stress.
Bring a towel, water bottle, and mats are provided if you do not have your own yoga mat. Please come 15 minutes early to meet with the instructor if you are a beginner or first time student.
