This class offers a fun and exhilarating way to lose weight, gain flexibility, coordination, and body tone while dancing to popular Latin and world rhythms. No previous fitness or dance background required. Please wear proper attire and bring a towel and water bottle.Important Class InformationStudents must register online, prior to class starting.
