Description
Ages 55+This class will have exercises to tone muscles, build strength, balance and increase bone density.
Residents: Free Non-Residents PLAINSBORO SENIOR CLUB MEMBERS must register in person beginning Mar. 17: $25.00

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82%.
