Zumba Gold is a Latin dance fitness program specifically designed for the active older participant as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. The same as original Zumba, Zumba Gold is the fun Latin inspired dance program that includes Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumiba, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Tango, Reggaetón, and more!

This class is also available as a drop in class on the dates listed, if you are unable to attend the full session or just want to give it a try. Visit the front desk prior the class starting to register and pay the drop in class fee - $12
