Description
FitPHX, the city's healthy community initiative received a title sponsorship from AARP to launch a free Morning Yoga class in partnership with YogaSix. Jump start your day, wake up your body and get your energy flowing during this AM yoga class.
Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat and plenty of water!
Morning Yoga will be held on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9:00A to 10:00A at Encanto Park Clubhouse: 2499 N 15th Avenue.
In-person classes at Encanto Park Clubhouse (2499 N 15th Ave):
Outdoors on the patio: February 11, March 11, April 8, May 13, October 14, November 11, & December 9
Indoors in the Clubhouse: June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9
Registrants will be sent a reminder the day before each class. It is important to register in advance and provide an accurate email address.
