Talk builds babies’ brains!
10-Week Class Series
1,2,3 Talk with Me is a free, 10-week class series for caregivers of children ages birth to 32 months. We use the LENA Start curriculum to teach 14 Talking Tips in a weekly, in-person class. Classes will give you the support you need to use the tips in everyday life.
At Home
One day per week you will use a LENA talk pedometer to measure the number of words your child hears in a day. You will receive reports on your progress.
Registration
This is an adult-only program. Children over the age of 6 months should not be in the class with you. If you need childcare for children older than 6 months, we do have limited free childcare available on a first come, first served basis.
All participants who finish the class will receive 10 FREE books for their child!
Support for early literacy programs is provided by a grant from First Things First, which partners with families and communities to give all Arizona children the opportunity to arrive at kindergarten healthy and ready to succeed. Learn more at FirstThingsFirst.org
