Description
FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading company for pre and postnatal health, wellness, and fitness programs for every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit. By providing mom with the support, community, and self-care she needs during pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout every stage of their motherhood journey, these classes also support moms on their journey towards raising healthy, strong families.
FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond
Classes during the months of November - April will be located indoors at either the Parker Recreation Center or Parker Fieldhouse. Classes during May -October will be located outdoors at various Town of Parker Locations.
