About this event
Welcome to Club J at the Museum and watch as our art comes to life! In this Chugim, children will engage with art from around the world in new inventive ways. Students will be encouraged to play with and find meaning in world-famous artworks. Lessons will include activities such as art projects, group conversations, and story-times. Artists we will see include Edgar Degas, Frida Kahlo, and Kehinde Wiley amongst others. A typical class will include a brief introduction and discussion about our daily artwork, a creative group activity, and then some smaller self-led activities to cool down at the end of the day. Join us for the first week when we do “statue yoga!”
