We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, July 20, 2023.
This program allows the participants to experience the benefits of yoga postures, stretching, balance, floor stretches, relaxation and rejuvenation, meditations. Special Note: These Yoga classes are open to young yoga practitioners if accompanied by a participating parent. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Classes will be held inside the Palm Desert Community Center's Multipurpose Room. Yoga Mat and Water Required.
