If you have a pre-existing condition(s) or have recently sustained an injury, please consult your physician BEFORE signing up for any exercise or dance classes.
This program combines short distance running,exercises and range of motion stretching for a total body workout.The program is designed for all age groups and fitness levels for men. It's designed to increase cardiovascular fitness by combining running, stretching and exercises. The class will be held inside in the gym.
Wear your running shoes and loose and comfortable fitness clothing.
DIRECTIONS TO PBGCHS PARKING LOT:
- From PGA BLVD & Military Trail, head south on Military to the 2nd traffic light (Lilac Street) and turn left. The school entrance will be on the right side of Lilac after the last 2 story townhouse --- look for the big, beige sign that says ?Staff Parking, Visitor Parking? etc.
- From Northlake Boulevard & Military Trail, head north on Military to the 3rd traffic light (Lilac Street) and turn right. The school entrance will be on the right side of Lilac after the last 2 story townhouse --- look for the big, beige sign that says ?Staff Parking, Visitor Parking? etc.
