Description
Tai Chi is a continuously moving sequence of movements, which may offer relaxation and improve balance, strength, flexibility, mobility and cardiovascular health. Studies show Tai Chi improves fall prevention and mental health. There are different approaches to the practice of Tai Chi from purely physical exercise to a complete spiritual discipline.
