The last day for Internet Registration was Mar 18, 2025 11:59 PM.
Each year, PrairieFest cultivates a list of amazing food vendors. Filling out this application is a request to be considered for that lineup. Completing this registration does not guarantee you a spot at the festival. Please read all information below and then click on "Enroll Now" to complete your application.

PrairieFest Food Vendor Operating HoursThursday, June 12: 4:00pm-11:00pmFriday, June 13: 11:00am-11:00pmSaturday, June 14: 11:00am-11:00pmSunday, June 15: 1:00pm-6:00pm
Fee Structure*A $200 deposit is due with the submission of your application. The remaining balance will be auto-charged on April 15 and May 13 if selected for the festival.
$1,300 Standard Booth (up to 20' frontage)+$100 Booth Size ( 21' - 30' frontage)+$200 Booth Size (31' - 40' frontage) *cannot exceed 40'+$100 Pre-Arranged Hardwire Request+$300 Onsite Electricity request (Hardwire, etc.)
Electrical Service*Electrical Service is included in your food vendor fee and provided by the Festival. Food Vendors are not allowed to run off of their own generators. Electrical service inside the booth must be #12/3 wire (not 14, 16, or 18) suited for 20-amp service and is the responsibility of the Food Vendor. No large coils of extension cords are allowed.

*Vendors requiring hardwiring (direct connection into generator) must indicate that need and pay the additional fee when completing application. Changes made the day of the festival will result in an additional fee plus the cost of any equipment needed.
