Description
All seniors are welcome to come dance and have some fun! This class is specifically intended for beginning students who have never danced before or have limited experience, but would like to learn. We dance to different rhythms of Waltz, Bachata, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Samba, Tango, Country music, Latin, Soul, and others alike. Learn dance terminologies, basic steps, dancing styles, body movements, routines, and good techniques. This class focuses on improving your mental and physical health and well-being. Come dance with us today! Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing. Wear comfortable shoes like: sneakers, loafers, or boots. No Flip-flops please.Age Category
