About this event
Registered musicians are placed in bands based on location, availability, instrumentation and experience. Each band receives 16 hours of instruction over 3 months, normally 8 @ 2 hour rehearsals, with a professional instructor. There 11-12 weeks to get your rehearsals in over the winter so holiday vacations are not normally an issue. The workshop culminates in a live performance at local venue. Live stream of concert included. CONCERT DATES*: East Bay Youth 1/21//24 Marin Bands: 1/22/24 East Bay Adults 1/17/24 & 1/24/24 *subject to change, location and times tbd - all participants should make themselves available for performances at either venue or date. It's good to have availability around the dates too as venues can force schedule changes.
