You're invited to join Catholic Central's ETHOS Training Staff for a one of kind sports performance camp. Ever feel confused on what actually gets you stronger in the weight room? Why not learn from professionals in the industry that know the science and can teach the proper essentials of building strength in a student-friendly environment. Introduction to weightlifting is intended to teach young athletes the proper form and technique in a wide variety of functional, strength, and power-based lifts. Technique is stressed in great detail to ensure these athletes have a strong foundation as they move onto their high school and collegiate careers. Spaces are limited to 15 campers per session.
