Do you want to be more flexible and move like water instead of a block of ice? Calm to the Core combines yoga balancing poses, with core strengthening exercises. The program progresses with sun salutations, deep stretches and a lot of physical movement. By linking breathing with movement, weight-training, and focus on good alignment, fitness enthusiasts create good habits for other workouts and daily life. A yoga mat or towel is recommended in order to participate in class.
