Today, it is practiced all over the world by people of all ages, body types, and abilities. Capoeira fosters joy, builds community and has tremendous health benefits. Regular practice can reduce stress, build self-confidence, and enhance strength, flexiblity, balance and coordination. Come move your body, open your mind, and try something new!
