We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Monday, February 27, 2023.
Enjoy the many benefits of yoga in a stress-free setting. This class will focus on breathing, stretching and building flexibility and strength, while incorporating basic yoga postures and deep relaxation. Suitable for beginning and continuing students. A yoga mat or small blanket is recommended. No class Jan 16th and Feb 20th.
