This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
Therapeutic Yoga is a particularly effective practice for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness. It combines restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga, breathwork, and hands-on healing in such a way that is an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.
