Tai Chi places emphasis on Qigong exercises to cultivate vital life energy, enhancing healing, restoration, and relaxation of the body. This form improves breath, balance, brain function, and body strength. The student of Sun 31 will learn the technique of a smooth, agile step pattern with flowing movements, like water in a river. Participants of any ability level are welcome. Class instructor Shi Fu Jenny Barone, certified instructor, and Tai Chi judge. (not held 7/15)
