Drop In Fitness Classes, Drop In Child Care, Drop In Swim, and Drop In Teen/Tweens are FREE with your YMCA Facility Membership. Capacity may be limited, and is available first come, first served.

A Latin-inspired dance class. Have fun and get a great cardio workout. No dance experience needed, great for all fitness levels. This class adds light free weights to traditional Zumba®.
