One 1- Hour classes, $6/R/$11N/R, CASH drop-in fee/class No registration required, for more class information call: 302-571-4004 Sat| 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.Fitness program that combines Latin and International music with dance moves. It incorporates interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Toning uses light weights toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones. It combines body sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work to create a calorie torching, strength training fitness party. Adult
