Build upon the foundation established in Family Emergency Preparedness I with this hands-on, operations-level course taught by an experienced first responder. Participants will practice essential emergency response skills including bleeding control, patient assessment, CPR and AED awareness, fire safety, emergency communications, and family response coordination through realistic scenarios and guided skill stations. Emphasis is placed on reducing hesitation, improving teamwork, and building the confidence to take effective action until professional responders arrive. Families will continue developing and refining their Family Emergency Action Plan while gaining practical experience responding to common household emergencies. Completion of Family Emergency Preparedness I is strongly recommended prior to attending this course.
