Zumba® Fitness is a dance fitness class that mixes low and high intensity moves to Latin and world rhythms. Zumba® combines all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. This class is open to all levels. Come join the party! Please bring a towel and bottle of water.
