Description
Join us for the newest adult sport offering! This class offers instruction to relatively new and intermediate players to learn and/or refine proper volleyball techniques as well as team tactics. This class is designed to make volleyball a fun and accessible sport while quickly preparing you to play competitively in leagues and open gyms. Each class will build upon the previous one in a natural progression and will consist of drills followed by time to apply the new skills in a game-time environment. Please bring athletic shoes and water bottle.
