Gentle Yoga via ZoomTuesdays March 4 to April 84:00pm - 4:45pmIn this class held via Zoom, you will enjoy standing poses to improve your balance and strengthen your leg and upper body muscles and bones.
This class will also incorporate neuron training for memory improvement and coordination, as well as restful breathing sequences to calm the mind.
This relaxed yoga class for ages 50 and older will help you develop agility, balance, muscle tone, endurance and vitality. Exercises are done in a relaxed way and held for increasing periods of time. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
