Winter Aerobic Workout Saturdays 8:00 am Lake Marion Gym
This workout starts with a warm-up medley of floor work and standing floor work (hand and ankle weights optional) add a 30-minute fat burning aerobic workout and end with a cool-down session.
Work at your own pace for your desired intensity.
*If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated.
Jacki Sorensen classes have been safely taught for over 40 years, while it continues to stay current today!
