Description

Pilates is structured around the stomach, hips, lower back, and buttocks - the center of the body, often called the "powerhouse." It will help you to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, flexibility, and balance while creating a streamline shape. Modifications given as needed. Class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a thick exercise mat to class. (SM)
