You can also make manual payments toward your balance at any time before the final payment is due. Urban Roots invites campers to explore where food comes from and how growing, cooking, and creativity connect to everyday life. Each day, campers will engage in hands-on experiences that highlight planting, harvesting, food preparation, culinary, and creative projects building an understanding of how these elements support healthy communities. Off-Site Excursion: A local, food- or garden-focused visit (anticipated visit to Hope Farms). Final field trip details will be shared prior to March. Additional experiences may be incorporated as planning continues.
