Veterinary Science Week Highlights: 🐶 Create Vet Kits & Art Projects: Craft personalized vet kits, pet ID tags, and animal anatomy collages. 🧪 Hands-On Science: Explore animal anatomy, reflexes, and body systems through fun experiments. 🔎 Wildlife Conservation: Learn about protecting animal habitats and providing first-aid care to animals in need. 🥗 Animal Nutrition Adventures: Cook meals that mimic healthy diets for pets and wildlife. 🛠️ Engineering Projects: Design and build mock animal habitats, pet feeders, and mini animal shelters. 🎤 Animal Care Reports: Present research on different species and share how to keep animals healthy. ⭐ Special Guest Visits: Meet real veterinary professionals who will demonstrate animal care techniques. Exclusive Field Trip: This week includes an off-campus visit to the Houston Interactive Aquarium, where campers will enjoy hands-on experiences and learn more about animal care and wildlife conservation. Junior Camp Counselors will be fully engaged in Veterinary Science Week, assisting with activities, supporting younger campers, and contributing ideas through the Junior Advisory Board. It's a week filled with creativity, discovery, and leadership opportunities!
