Divisions will be based on grade and gender. Minor team divisions will be determined after registration closes based on number of teams in each grade. Adult Elite Open is a competitive division for top players. Adult Recreation is for players who are just out to have fun. A complete list of rules and a confirmation letter will be emailed to you upon completion of registration. Official rules will also be posted on our website and will be available at the tournament. Early Bird Registration closes April 16, Early Registration closes May 16. Registration will close at 9 pm on Sunday, June 8 Late Registrations after June 8 MAY be taken for a $15 fee if we are able to make the changes and if space is available on the brackets before brackets are printed Register before June 2 to guarantee a T-shirt. This year, we are testing an optional Friday night early open --Look for details on the registration form-- but we will again host a 2-day event with a three game guarantee. All teams are guaranteed a Sunday game. Packet Pick-Up Friday, June 13 from 3-7 pm or Saturday, June 14 from 8-9 am., but before first game. Awards: Cash prizes, Gift Cards, Jerseys, Medals. At the conclusion of the Championship game of each division, division-specific awards will be issued to the top teams (top three teams for High School Division and below). Athletes who hold AB-AAU cards are covered by insurance under Amateur Athletic Union teams. Garden City Shoot Out will officiate all games. If poor weather conditions merit cancellation after 11am on Saturday, there will be no refunds. Partial refunds will be offered if abysmal weather conditions merit cancellation before the tournament.
