Improve flexibility, concentration and strength through yoga without ever touching the floor! Injuries, mobility issues, stiff and sore muscles…a chair supports your movements and allows you to gain the same benefits as traditional yoga. This class is appropriate for all levels. *No classes in May; resumes in June with new title - "Gentle Yoga" Chair and other props provided as needed or BYO. Questions before you register? This class takes place in-person at Stevens Creek Nature Center, 15700 Thompson Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227. Unless conditions prohibit, class is held under an outdoor covered porch.
