Description
Improve your general fitness and overall well-being in this lunch time exercise class. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. It will help with your posture, balance, and flexibility. As well as focusing on the mind-body connection. While doing the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.
Please Note: - No class 7/4 - Participants should wear comfortable clothing. - Participants should bring a mat.
