Kendo, "The Way of the Sword," is rooted in the sword techniques of the ancient Japanese warrior "Samurai." This martial art conditions the body and spirit through exhilarating and demanding exercises. This class is for both those who have recently graduated from the beginner course and experienced Kendo practitioners who are able to demonstrate proficiency in the fundamentals of KENDO. - Participants should wear Kendo uniform.
- Participants should bring their Kendo-gu, two shinai, one bokuto to each class.
